Krishna Chaitanya Pavani


After finishing his Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology (2010) in India, Krishna Pavani did his master's in 2012 at the University of Skövde, Sweden in Molecular biology. He got his Ph.D. from the University of the Azores, Portugal in 2016 with a specialization in Animal Reproduction. He finished his second Ph.D. as an Early Stage Researcher (ESR) from Ghent University with a specialization in Veterinary sciences. Currently, he is working as postdoctoral research in Prof.Ann Van Soom's lab in collaboration with the head of the IVF lab in UZGent, Dr. K. Tilleman, to establish a link with human clinical practice from this work. Additionally, He is also working in collaboration with Prof. M. da Silva at the University of the Azores (Portugal) in IITAA team on BEMAP-ET project.
